We provide a wide range of services related to corporate matters ranging in scope from the decision as to whether or not to incorporate, the method of incorporation, liability of directors, amalgamation of corporations and matters generally related to the operation of a corporation in accordance with the Corporations Act and other laws. 

We also have incorporated and provided advice to a number of non-profit corporations. 

Our work in the commercial area can be the transfer of shares, leases, and franchise agreements as well as matters related to corporate financing.
